Firestone Complete Auto Care

Thus location was a life saver! I had a blown tire on my way to my autistic granddaughter appt. We then had to change plans immediately to get the tire replaced. I was able to make it to Firestone Sheppard mall location. And the techs were great on handling what was a stressful situation. They looked, explained and replaced the tire and had us back on the road safely. Of course our economy sucks and I wish I didn't have to pay so much for one tire. But what isn't high these days. Anyway I was happy to have it handled.

I made a post about them charging my bank card and declining my Firestone card after an oil change. I told them if this couldn’t be fixed then close my account. Well they did and that’s fine too. I have been with them a really long time and days after I got a call that my account would be fixed but instead I received this.

I just wanna say this place is amazing and has amazing prices. I went to multiple mechanic shop and I was told I needed to get a Sensor fixed before I can get an alignment. Firestone did the alignment for me and said it’s not guaranteed that the alignment will fix the sensor, but after I had got the alignment from Firestone, it did fix the sensor. Other mechanic shops were telling me I had to get the sensor done before I could even get the alignment when there was nothing wrong with the sensor, thank you so much, Firestone. Definitely would recommend this place !!!

Edmond in Bryant is the one to go! Don’t come to the 2250 NW 23rd…unprofessional Not sure what happened to the service but it is no longer a service minded place. I got an alignment on Monday and asked about a tire rotation on my other vehicle and was told it was free since I bought my tires there. So, I scheduled it for Wednesday... had to make ride arrangements and my wife even got the truck in an hour earlier just in case for their convenience. I was told on the phone that there system was down but not to worry, should be ready by 3-4pm since it takes 30 minutes to rotate tires & my appointment is at 2pm. Came to pick it up at 5:30pm and it was still in the same spot parked. Came in and asked about it, but was told that they are unable to get to it today and need to reschedule, since they only have 1 person in today and they are new. I was upset and told him no thanks and that I was going to take my keys, obviously 1 am upset...but the gentleman attending me said "wells it free service" A. I understand there is 1 person, but that doesn't make an excuse for you to mention to me that "it's Free" just to get away. B. I paid $2300 for tires, so technically | paid for a rotation in

The Gentlemen named Robert which has only worked there for only a couple of months i believe , Is a very truthful and upfront young man. The moment I spoke to him about my vehicles issues he addressed and had a vast knowledge of what the problem was and made me feel at ease with his very direct and honest approach. I call in advance to make sure he is working . I have had several run ins with lack of attention and almost disconcerning interactments with other tire and auto places. But this entire establishment was responsive and kept me updated every step of the way. My truck runs like a dream now. They really know to make it simple and speak clearly to those that dont have the knowledge.
